My first email correction

 Dear Mr. Hernandez.

I am writing this email because on the date of the meeting I’m going to travel to Mexico for personal reason and I’m there for 3 days. Therefore, we changed the meeting to the last Monday 23 of March at 10:00 am. Beforehand  an apology for all the inconvenient.
