The purpose of the following report is that all our staff are informed about the business magazines within the company, and also that they know some important points of the magazines and what benefits and conflicts this situation has.

As mentioned, magazines are a source of information that is around the company and this is a good option since staff are kept informed on a day-to-day basis and thus avoid sending emails to notify something.
